Pay Your Loan With Online Banking

Bristol County Savings Bank’s Online and Mobile banking allows you to pay your loan online or by using your mobile device. Follow the instructions below to set up your account. If you are having trouble with Online or Mobile banking, please call 888-201-6436 to access 24 hour online banking support.

To Set Up Your Online Banking Account

  1. Go to Online Account Setup and accept the terms and conditions.
  2. Enter the information requested, including your loan number.

NOTE: Your loan number may have changed. If your loan was opened prior to August 6th, 2018 please follow the directions below. 

When entering your loan number, do not include the leading zeros or the zeros after the dash. See examples below:

If your loan was opened on or after August 6th, 2018 your loan number is reflected in your statement.

To Verify Your Account And Make A Payment

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Select “transfer”
  3. Select “external accounts”
  4. Click “add external accounts”
  5. Click “submit”
  6. Fill in your checking account information
  7. In 1-3 business days, two small deposits will post to your external account.
  8. When you have received the deposits to your external account, repeat steps 1-3, then click “verify” to enter the amount of each deposit. This will verify your account.
  9. Once your account has been verified, you’ll be able to make a payment by selecting “pay now” online or via your mobile device.
