Image of Foliage Train TourAll Aboard! … for a fabulous day with PRIME TIME™ as we celebrate a perfect autumn day on the Cape!

The day begins with an elegant luncheon onboard the Cape Cod Central Railroad. Enjoy a leisurely two-hour journey that pairs a savory 3-course luncheon and exceptional service with stunning views of the coastal landscape, salt marshes and vibrant foliage. Today’s meal choices are Chicken Françoise, Pistachio-Encrusted Salmon or a Vegetarian Option. All meals are served with Cape Cod Central seafood chowder, appropriate starch and chef’s choice of dessert.

Following our nostalgic luncheon, we’ll enjoy a cranberry bog tour at A.D. Makepeace Company in Wareham. Having grown cranberries since the 1800’s, AD Makepeace currently harvests approximately 2000 acres of cranberry bog in Southeastern Massachusetts. Our guided tour will begin with a discussion of each growing season and history of the cranberry industry as well as the company itself. We’ll have a chance to interact with the farmers and; those that choose to, may step out for a ‘bog side’ view of the wet harvest cranberry operation.

Celebrate autumn on this scenic culinary train journey and cranberry bog tour with PRIME TIME!  Trip cost is $115 for PRIME TIME™ Travel members and $125 for your guest. Price includes:
