Step back to a simpler time with PRIME TIME™ on Thursday, March 29th as we travel to Stockbridge, MA – the quintessential New England town made famous by Norman Rockwell’s iconic depictions of small-town life Americana.
We’ll begin our day with a visit to the Norman Rockwell Museum. This Museum houses the largest collection of original work from the artist recognized as one of the world’s best-known illustrators – including every one of his Saturday Evening Post covers. In addition to his finest pieces such as The Four Freedoms and The Gossips, the Museum also boasts personal memorabilia of the artist as well as his studio; which was preserved and relocated from his Stockbridge home after his death in 1978.
After our docent-led museum tour, we’ll head over to the charming Village of Stockbridge for lunch at the historic Red Lion Inn. Established in 1773 as a stagecoach stop and well-known as the anchor of Stockbridge’s Main Street, The Red Lion Inn has welcomed countless notable guests for 200+ years and was immortalized in Norman Rockwell’s painting, Stockbridge Main Street at Christmas.
Meal choices are Yankee Pot Roast with pan gravy or Broiled Sole with lemon & capers.

In the event that it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation we will make every effort to grant a full refund provided notification is received at least 21 days prior to the event. In some situations, certain non-refundable charges may be deducted from the amount of the refund.
