A Day on Cape Cod

The hook-shaped peninsula we lovingly refer to as ‘The Cape’ is home to quaint villages, picturesque lighthouses, beautiful beaches and many historic landmarks!
Breathe the salty sea air and feel the coastal breezes with PRIME TIME™ as we explore Cape Cod like a native on Thursday, September 14th. On this tour, we’ll see charming villages, sandy beaches, stunning vistas and historic lighthouses as we journey to the quaint seaside village of Chatham.
This morning, we will meet our local guide in Sagamore. We’ll begin our day of sightseeing with a tour of Sandwich, the Cape’s oldest town. Additional highlights of this tour include the villages of Osterville, Centerville and Hyannisport; in addition to gorgeous views of Sandy Neck and Barnstable Harbor. As we meander along scenic Old King’s Highway, we’ll pass many wealthy merchants and sea captain’s homes of days gone by! And … because cranberries are as much a part of the Cape’s landscape as sand dunes and lighthouses, we’ll make a stop in Harwich for a guided tour of the largest organic cranberry bog on Cape Cod! Experience a fascinating and sometimes ‘mind-boggling’ tour of the year in the life of a cranberry!
Later, we’ll enjoy lunch at the beautiful Chatham Wayside Inn, situated in the heart of the charming seaside village of Chatham. Today’s entrée choices are Stuffed Sole or Baked Stuffed Chicken. After dessert (crème brûlée), there’s time to stroll along Chatham’s Main Street – an exclusive mile of boutique shops and art galleries.
Bring your camera! There will be many opportunities to take some amazing photos on this memorable day as we ‘step back in time in Olde Cape Cod’! Trip cost is $110 for PRIME TIME™ Travel members and $120 for your guest. Price includes:

Convenient departures from Attleboro, Franklin, New Bedford and Taunton. Our departure and return times will be noted with confirmation of your reservation, approximately 2 weeks prior to the event. Please note: a minimum of 10 people required for location pick-up.
In the event that it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation we will make every effort to grant a full refund provided notification is received at least 21 days prior to the event. In some situations, certain non-refundable charges may be deducted from the amount of the refund.
