Logging In To Your Upgraded Account

Questions about logging into your newly upgraded account for the first time? Just follow the directions below based on the type of account you held previously: Consumer Online Banking, BCSB for Business or Business eBanking.

Will the Online Banking login look different on the website?

Yes – If you were using Consumer Online Banking, BCSB for Business or Business eBanking, please choose ‘Online Banking’ from the login drop down menu on Bristol County Savings Bank’s homepage.

Will my Online Banking and Mobile Banking User ID change?

Only customers using Business eBanking will see their User IDs change for both Online and Mobile Banking.

Business eBanking user IDs will be changed to your company ID and your user ID merged in that order. For example, if your current company ID is 12345 and your User ID is SANDY, your new online banking user id will be 12345SANDY. (You can change your User ID at any time).

Will my Online Banking Password change?

The first time you log into online banking after the upgrade you will use a temporary password.

For Consumer Online Banking and BCSB for Business users, your temporary password is a 9-digit number comprised of:

What else should I know about logging in the first time?

For your security, the first time you log into online banking after the upgrade you will be required to update your contact information and re-accept the online banking terms and conditions.

You will also need to confirm that your email address is correct, as it will be required for future password resets.

If you use a shortcut to access Online Banking – please remember to log in from the homepage of our website to avoid an error message.

After changing your password in Online Banking, it will automatically update your Mobile Banking password to be the same.
