Day 1: Today, we’ll travel to the fabulous White Mountain Hotel & Resort in New Hampshire. Nestled beneath scenic White Horse Ledge and Cathedral Ledge, this beautiful hotel resort features outstanding facilities including a year-round heated outdoor pool, health club, and Himalayan Salt Spa, plus dining at Ledges Restaurant and the lively Tullamore Tavern. This evening’s dinner will be ordered off the menu in Ledges Restaurant. (D)
Day 2: After breakfast, we’ll depart for Quebec City. We’ll travel past Mount Washington and through beautiful Crawford Notch. After lunch (on our own), we’ll drive through the eastern townships of Quebec before arriving in Quebec City. This historic and charming city is the only walled city in North America, retaining its old-world feel with its narrow streets and alleys. In the heart of the old town, high on a cliff overlooking the St. Lawrence River, stands the majestic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac Hotel, our accommodations for tonight and tomorrow. This evening, we’ll enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant. (B,D)
Day 3: This morning, we’ll enjoy a grand buffet breakfast in the hotel’s dining room before heading out for a fun-filled day of sightseeing. Our guide will take us on a fantastic tour of historic Quebec City pointing out landmarks such as the famed Citadel, the Plains of Abraham, St. Louis Gate, the Provincial Parliament Buildings, and Church Notre-Dame-des-Victoires. Next, we’ll experience the magic of the Quebec City German Christmas Market. Tonight’s dinner is in Quebec City’s oldest French restaurant. (B,D)
Day 4: Following a grand buffet breakfast at the hotel, we’ll travel back to the White Mountain Hotel & Resort. Following an off-the-menu dinner in Ledges Restaurant, we’ll enjoy an evening of Christmas entertainment in the Echo Ballroom where we’ll meet Santa Claus and receive a special holiday gift. (B, D)
Day 5: After breakfast in Ledges Restaurant, we’ll depart for home with many great memories of Quebec City and the White Mountains. (B)
