"Strides Behavioral Services began doing business in June of 2021, during the Pandemic. In spite of the challenges, we were able to grow quickly and open a center for children with autism by June of 2022, having grown to 20 employees. With such quick growth we needed the security of a credit line to have as insurance against any unexpected issues that could occur. Bristol County Savings Bank was the only bank that was interested in helping us, even though we hadn’t been in business for two years. Once we reached our two-year mark, everyone was calling us to try to get our business. When we decided to expand and needed funding for our buildout, we called BCSB and they went to work, helping us get what we needed.
