We would love to have you join our team.

At Bristol County Savings Bank our employees are our most valuable asset. We are a team that is committed to our customers, our community and most importantly, each other! Relationship banking is our sweet spot. We are a bank that is large enough to compete, but small enough to know each other and those that we serve.

We come from different backgrounds and have had different experiences and career paths, but we value our diversity and work hard to promote an environment at our Bank and in our community where everyone feels truly valued, included and supported.

Why join the Bristol County Savings Bank team?

We Give Back

It's not just words, it's an integral part of who we are as a community bank. We work hard to be actively involved in our community, demonstrate leadership through our actions and be part of the solution. Each year we average over 5,000 hours giving back and assisting area organizations with community projects, participation on boards, financial education, fundraising and service days. We love the opportunity to get involved and make a difference.

People Helping People

"The Bank's culture and my fellow colleagues have made my time at BCSB very rewarding both on a professional and personal level. BCSB's relationship-based and philanthropic philosophy closely align with my internal belief system and has made it a real easy place to work. I feel empowered to make the right decisions that balances both the Bank and Customer; and get to experience a real sense of accomplishment when I see our customers succeed and grow. Additionally, the Bank's focus on giving back to our communities makes me proud to be affiliated with an organization that is recognized for making a difference and helping so many people."

C.A.R.E.S. is not just another catchy acronym or slogan. It represents who we are and aspire to be as a professional community. Having a core set of values offers consistent expectations for everyone to live by. These values live in many different ways across the Bank. Respectful behavior towards our customers and each other helps foster a productive and cohesive environment. Each leader, from executive leadership on down, must maintain these values as well as make sure others do the same.

"I continue to be amazed at how much our leaders ask for employee input on so many changes that are being made. Whether it's a product change or a policy update, we are always being asked for our thoughts which helps keep us involved. I appreciate that BCSB shares its success with us during our all employee meetings and keeps us informed as to why the Bank is making the decisions they are making. "

"I have worked for Bristol County Savings Bank for that last 5 years. What impacted me the most in making my decision to join the BCSB team was the culture and the employee benefits package. This bank offers the most generous benefit package I have had in my professional career with the combination of the employer matched 401K plan and pension plan. I also like having healthcare insurance options to choose from based on what’s best for me and my family. "

"One of the best benefits I've discovered are classes through the New England College of Business & Finance offered through the Bank. Not only does the Bank provide a venue for higher education but also provides partial compensation; which shows the investment in the employee. It's a win-win for both sides & I think it's a fantastic benefit for anyone who would want to take advantage of it. "

Our employees like working here.

Our numbers speak for themselves when it comes to our turnover rates and longevity. The average tenure of our employees is 10 years and over 60 employees have been with the Bank for over 20 years.

We support a healthy work-life balance.

We have a healthy time off policy and on the whole our employees are not working 70 hours a week over long periods of time. We all understand when special circumstances come into play but we still have a healthy balance.
