Bristol County Savings Bank Names Lois R. Gordon, PHR, Vice President & Human Resources Business Partner

TAUNTON, MA, July 15, 2025 — Bristol County Savings Bank (BCSB), headquartered in Taunton, Massachusetts, announces the appointment of Lois R. Gordon, PHR, to the position of Vice President & Human Resources Business Partner. In this capacity at the Bank, Gordon will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives; partnering with HR Operations to develop data governance, quality and security measures to improve HR data accuracy; supporting the evolution of the Bank’s performance management culture; and developing and implementing talent strategies that encompass succession planning, staffing optimization, organizational structure, as well as employee engagement action planning.

Previously, Gordon held several human resources leadership roles, including Regional HR Manager at Forever 21, Los Angeles, California; Human Resources Business Partner with Brookline Bancorp, Boston, Massachusetts; People and Culture Leader at IKEA Group, Stoughton, Massachusetts; Human Resources Generalist for Blue Hills Bank, Norwood, Massachusetts; and Executive Team Leader with Target, Watertown, Massachusetts.

Gordon has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in American Studies and Finance from University of North Carolina – Charlotte. She resides in Weymouth, Massachusetts.
